Shipping

We ship to Switzerland and the EU. Orders are dispatched from overseas and pass through customs, so it takes two to three weeks from purchase to delivery. As soon as the parcel is on its way you get the tracking number by email.

Customs and import

Returns

Fourteen days from receipt. The item must be unworn and in the condition it arrived in. Get in touch first and we will send you the return address. Once it arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase price the same way you paid.

Exchanges

A direct exchange for another size is not possible, because every piece is a single item in exactly one size. An exchange here is always a return plus a new purchase. If you are unsure about the size, ask us before you order.
